We are a MiBLSi school and we will:
BEE Respectful, BEE Responsible &
BEE Safe!
Crull received a grant to implement the Michigan Department of Education's MiBLSi program. The program is designed to help students become better readers and use appropriate behaviors resulting in increased student success in the school and community. This program is a data driven, problem solving model that measures all students' reading performances three times a year. Every attempt is made to focus on the positive. Students are rewarded with "Caught Being Good" tickets, weekly drawings with prizes and the Police Chief awards.
We have developed behavioral expectations for all school locations, including hallways, classrooms, bathrooms, special events, cafeteria, playground and buses. Parents are encouraged to also discuss ways that students an be respectful, responsible and safe in different home situations too.
