Main Roads Only:
When roads become treacherous due to weather conditions, PHASD school buses will be limited to major hard surface roads. The 'Main Roads Only' card will need to be filled out if your regular stop is NOT on one of the following roads which will be traveled on MAIN ROADS ONLY days. The cards are available from the bus driver or school office.

Bus Deviations - How to Avoid Bus Confusion:
All students will be put on their regular bus at dismissal time unless we have a note from the parent giving different directions. If a student is to ride the bus home with another student, the parent of the student making the bus change must write a note or call the office for a bus deviation for his/her child. Deviations are not allowed for parties, visits to friends' homes, etc. These calls should be made and note brought to the office in the morning. Often we have students who tell the teacher that they are going to be picked up by mom, dad, grandma, or someone. If the student does not have a note, the student will be put on the bus. We do this to avoid confusion and students left at the school after buses leave. Thank you for your help in these matters!

Absences and Tardies:
Be sure to call the office if your child will be absent or tardy. You may call our Voice Mail number (989-2748) to report an absence at any time.
If your child will be late and expects to have hot lunch, you need to contact the office and order a lunch BEFORE 8:30am. If we have not heard from you, your child will be offered an alternative selection if the listed menu item is not available.
