Dear Lakeport Families,

It is my pleasure to be Lakeport's principal. Lakeport Elementary School is a great place to learn. I have been an elementary principal for over 13 years. Prior to that time I was the 8th grade Science teacher at Chippewa Middle School in the Port Huron Area School District. Additionally, included in my teaching experiences were running a preschool program with high school students, teaching at the high school, middle school and adult education levels. I love what I do with our students and staff.

I have a Bachelors of Science degree and a Master's degree in Middle School Earth Science from Central Michigan University. I continue my formal education through Madonna University.
