Kindergarten Open House is the week of March 10th in PHASD. We cannot wait to welcome our incoming kindergarteners to our schools!

Registration is open for Kindergarten Open House 2025! School locations and phone numbers can be found on each school's Facebook page (please follow the link attached to the school name below):

Required documents to enroll in Kindergarten (documents are not required for Open House):

  1. Original birth certificate

  2. Two proofs of home address

  3. Immunization records

  4. Kindergarten Health Appraisal Form

  5. Kindergarten Prior Care Survey Letter

  6. Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment
