Log-in with your Port Huron Area School District email and password.
Visit Available Forms for new forms - always ARCHIVE past forms when submitting a new one.
Visit your My Tasks tab for forms already assigned to you.
Once completed, choose Save Final to enable the e-signature and submit the form.
