March Is Reading Month
A Boy Called Bat is our book this year! A copy was sent home for each family. We sent copies home with the oldest and only child in each family.
A March Is Reading Month will be shared with you that will have all the hyperlinks in it for documents and a video recording of each chapter being read aloud.
We encourage you to read any book(s) you and your child desire at any time and especially during the month of March.
Dillon Barr will be visiting some of our 4th and 5th grade classrooms in March. You can find out more about this Port Huron native here.
Student Drop Off - Rear of Building
Reminder - drop off students for morning arrival in the rear of the building in order to keep students safe and the bus lane clear.
Student Pick Up - No Animals Allowed
Refrain from bringing household pets to pick up on the playground at the end of the day.
Household pets must remain in your vehicle or at home.
Kindergarten Round Up
Round Up is right around the corner!

Please RSVP by calling our main office. If you know somebody who is going to be new to our building this year, please pass this information along to them. Make sure they call and get on our list in order for us to follow up with them regarding enrollment paperwork.
Tires & Tread will be here with a car show out front and “What the Fry” will be in the back with their famous burgers.

Refocus Room
Our school will have a Refocus Room this week that will be available for students to use when they are unable to regulate their emotions in the classroom.
Ms. Kliemann, a behavior paraeducator will support students in the room and help them through their dysregulation, identify coping strategies, and make a plan for the next time they encounter the circumstances again.
This room will be for short visits (5-10 minutes) and not an in-school suspension room or a place where students go to do academic work.
