Here’s your Red Hawk Reminder:
Red 52 will begin on Sept. 16. As a reminder students will mostly begin with alpha groups. As the marking period moves on, schedules will be adjusted for students. Students have been assigned a Red 52. Please check your schedule on Powerschool to find out what Red 52 you have been placed in. If there is an obvious error, please email your counselor ASAP and we can address it. There will be a PBIS video on Monday to further explain this.
Late Work Deadline: A reminder that the late work deadline is this upcoming Wednesday. Any work that is past due from this week must be submitted by Wednesday before 2:30 in order to receive credit. Please check for missing assignments this weekend in Power School.
Fall Sports Assembly: The Fall Sports Assembly will be on Friday, September 26. 5th and 6th hours will be 32 minutes each.
College Advisor: We are very excited to be welcoming our new college advisor starting Oct. 1. We’ve been fortunate to have funding secured for this position for the year. As most of you know, this position is a benefit to our seniors as they prepare for life after high school.
Student Council: There is a meeting Thursday Red 52 Media Center
Homecoming Information: This year’s Homecoming football game will be Friday, Oct. 3. The dance will be Saturday, Oct. 4. The theme is Candyland.
Powerschool: All parents and students are highly encouraged to download the Powerschool App. This app can be utilized to track grades and attendance. The district code is LBGR. This is also a reminder for parents to update their contact information within Powerschool.
