Announcements for 2/21/2025 

Attention all Seniors: Every week from now until April, there will be a 25 dollar gift card giveaway for Seniors who have completed the FAFSA. This week's gift card winners are Andy Gao and Riley Ganger! Congratulations Andy and Riley. See Ms. Savedra to get your prize.

Next week is spirit week.  The days are : Monday - Pajama Day / Tuesday - Twin Day / Wednesday - Winter - Ski Day / Thursday - Age Group Day (freshman dress like babies, sophomores dress like elementary school, juniors dress like adults, seniors dress like senior citizens and teachers dress like high schoolers) / Friday - Class color day .

On Friday, February 21st, the PHN girls varsity basketball team will be facing Marysville at 7:00 PM! Connecting with Cancer will be organizing the game, with donations going towards "Taking a Shot at Breast Cancer" campaign. Be sure to come out and support the team—don’t forget to wear pink!

The Snowcoming dance will be held on Saturday March 1 from 7-10 PM.  Tickets will cost $5 and will be for sale at all three lunches the week of February 24.  If you are bringing a guest that does not go to PHN, you must have a guest pass filled out and approved.  These forms are due no later than Wednesday February 26.  They are available to pick up in the main office.

Stitchers Unite will meet today, after school in room 704.  All are welcome and bring a friend!

Port Huron Northern girls tennis is hosting a tennis hit-a-thon & kid’s night fundraiser on Saturday, February 22nd at the Port Huron Tennis House (next to Sanborn Pool-1903 Sanborn Street). Join us and face off against Northern girls tennis players. 

The Hit-thon will be from 7 to 9 PM. The kids night is for ages 5-10 from 6:30 until 8:30 PM & will include face painting, games, crafts, and tennis.

This tennis fundraiser is for all levels, from beginners to advanced tennis players. Bring $10 or a larger donation, a racquet, bottled water, and wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Help girls tennis fundraise for equipment, tournament fees, and travel expenses.

For anyone interested in playing softball this spring, there will be an informational meeting Wednesday, February 26th at 3pm in room 303.
