Announcements for 10/12/2026
Good morning, Northern Huskies!
Today, we recognize Indigenous Peoples Day, a day to honor and celebrate the history, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Indigenous peoples. Indigenous communities have been an important part of the history of our country and continue to make meaningful contributions to our schools, communities, and world today. This day is also an opportunity for all of us to learn more about Indigenous cultures and the experiences of Indigenous peoples, both past and present. Let’s use today as a reminder to listen, learn, respect different perspectives, and appreciate the many cultures and voices that make our community stronger. This message is brought to you by the Port Huron Northern Diversity Club.
Film Club will have its first meeting on Thursday, October 22nd in Room 107 from 2:40pm to 3:30pm. All students are welcome!
