Still looking for that coat, hoodie or water bottle? Please stop by the Lost and Found table in the cafeteria. Any lost and found items not claimed by Tuesday, November 22nd will be donated to charity over Thanksgiving Break.
Wednesday, November 16th Women's Wellness through Weight lifting will be having their first workout of the year, from 2:45 to 3:30 in the PHN weight room. The goal of the club is to provide a stress free, non intimidating environment to learn about weight training and other healthy living techniques. Promoting confidence and body positivity, the club will be a fun and relaxed environment! Hosted every Wednesday in the PHN weight room! Bring workout clothes and athletic shoes.
