How to use PowerSchool Employee Records and Employee Online

Port Huron Schools communicates important employee information through your PHASD issued email. If you are unable to access your employee email, please contact the Help Desk at 810.455.1006 for assistance.

Many of our Employee Forms are now available on PowerSchool Employee Records:

  • Log-in with your Port Huron Area School District email and password.

  • Visit Available Forms for new forms - always ARCHIVE past forms when submitting a new one.

  • Visit your My Tasks tab for forms already assigned to you.

  • Once completed, choose Save Final to enable the e-signature and submit the form.
